Safari Overview
In this Road Safari package you will arrive in the AM at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and will be met by our driver for an exciting half day trip in Nairobi including a game drive at the Nairobi National Park , spend one night at a Nairobi hotel of choice as per above schedule, do a road safari to Nakuru National Park for a game drive, spend one night at a Naivasha hotel and proceed to the Masai Mara and spend two nights with three game drives per day and a proceed back to Nairobi for an overnight in a Nairobi Hotel and depart the following day through Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
Day 1 : Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Nairobi Day Trip
On arrival your group will be received by our Airport representative and our driver guides will pick them up for a Nairobi City Half Day Trip where you spend a wonderful half day at the historical Karen Blixen museum ( Out of Africa) and with giraffes and baby elephants! Visiting the Giraffe Manor and the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage-The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust: A Haven for Elephants and Rhinos
Karen Blixen Museum – “I had a farm in Africa, at the foot of the Ngong Hills’ …… for those lovers of “Out of Africa” the museum will take you back in time to breathe the spirit of the writer and the lives she immortalized.
The Giraffe Centre – This education centre gives you an opportunity to get up close and personal with Rothschild giraffes.
Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage – Get up close and personal with orphaned elephant (and often rhino). This is where Daphne Sheldrick has perfected the raising and reintegrating of orphaned elephants into the wild.
Activities: Picnic Lunch during the Day Trip.
Afternoon Game Drive in the Nairobi National Park
Transfer to Nairobi hotel of choice as per above schedule.
Day 2: NAIROBI TO RIFT VALLEY
Day Notes
A morning pick up from your Nairobi Hotel of choice, and transfer by road through the scenically beautiful Great Rift Valley to your hotel/lodge of choice in Naivasha or Nakuru. Afternoon game drive around Lake Nakuru, famous for its abundance of flamingos and large variety of water birds. Lake Nakuru is also one of Kenya’s Rhino Sanctuaries and large numbers of Rhinos are regularly seen, along with good sightings of Leopard. A picnic lunch is served overlooking the lake. Returning to the hotel in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/Hotel of choice.
Day 3: NAIVASHA TO MASAI MARA
Day Notes
After breakfast you will depart Naivasha for an exciting trip to the Masai Mara with a stop over at the view point to the Great Rift Valley and various curio shops along the Maai Mahiu – Naivasha Road. Guests will also have an opportunity to visit the Old Italian Catholic Church built by the Prisoners of War in 1942 before proceeding to the Maasai Mara via Narok by the Talek Gate.
You will arrive the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your Camp/Lodge of choice and an afternoon game drive.
Masai Mara National Reserve
The Masai Mara together with Tanzania’s Serengeti form Africa’s most famous wildlife park. The image of acacia trees on an endless grass plain epitomises Africa for many, and then add a Masai warrior and some cattle to the picture and the conversation need go no further.
The annual wildebeest migration through the Serengeti and the Masai Mara is the largest mass movement of land mammals on the planet – with more than a million animals following the rains. But that is not where the game viewing ends; large prides of lions, elephants and giraffes in grasslands, gazelles and eland to mention but a few. Aside from traditional vehicle safaris, hot-air ballooning over the Mara plains has become almost essential and you can even do a horseback safari.

Day 4 : HOTEL/CAMP OF CHOICE – MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
Day Notes
Wake up to an early morning game drive with an opportunity to enjoy a bush breakfast and watch the sun as it rises getting a wonderful chance for wild photography.

Day 5 : MASAI MARA TO NAIROBI
Day Notes
After Breakfast you will join the other guests for the early morning game drive after which you will return to the camp for check out by 10.00 am and proceed to Nairobi by road. On you way out of the Masai Mara Game Reserve you will have another game drive. You will have a stop over for lunch at the Narok Coffee House in Narok Town and proceed to Nairobi for dinner and overnight at your Nairobi hotel of choice.

Day 6:GROUP DEPARTURE
Day Notes:
After breakfast our driver will pick you up for a transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
Cancellation Policy:
Booking cancelled or reduced in numbers between the following days from the noon of accommodation/flight will attract cancellation charges as follows:
60-36 days – 20%
35-20 days – 50%
19- Arrival – 100%
